Drsn\u00e9 hory, krut\u00e9 zimy a zamrzl\u00e1 krajina Korejsk\u00e9ho poloostrova z n\u011bj ud\u011blaly obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b nehostinn\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed pro voj\u00e1ky, kte\u0159\u00ed tam bojovali. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku prozkoum\u00e1me mrazivou krajinu a krut\u00e9 zimy, kter\u00e9 definovaly korejskou v\u00e1lku, a zp\u016fsoby, jak\u00fdmi ovlivnily voj\u00e1ky bojuj\u00edc\u00ed v tomto konfliktu z doby studen\u00e9 v\u00e1lky.<\/p>\n<p>Korejsk\u00e1 v\u00e1lka byla st\u0159etem mezi americkou arm\u00e1dou a dal\u0161\u00edmi protikomunistick\u00fdmi silami a severokorejskou arm\u00e1dou, podporovanou komunistick\u00fdm blokem. V\u00e1lka se odehr\u00e1vala v krajin\u011b zasn\u011b\u017een\u00fdch hor a zamrzl\u00fdch boji\u0161\u0165, kde byly neust\u00e1lou p\u0159\u00edtomnou krutou zimou a mraziv\u00fdmi teplotami. Zimn\u00ed v\u00e1lka byla obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b krut\u00e1, voj\u00e1ci na obou stran\u00e1ch se v drsn\u00fdch pov\u011btrnostn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch sna\u017eili p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt.<\/p>\n<h2>Kr\u00e1sa zamrzl\u00fdch krajin<\/h2>\n<p>Navzdory drsn\u00fdm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m se korejsk\u00e1 v\u00e1lka odehr\u00e1vala v jedn\u00e9 z nejkr\u00e1sn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch a nejdrsn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch krajin na Zemi. Zamrzl\u00e1 krajina a zasn\u011b\u017een\u00e9 kopce byly d\u016fkazem p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed kr\u00e1sy Korejsk\u00e9ho poloostrova a v\u00e1lky, kter\u00e1 se tam vedla. Jak vzpom\u00ednal jeden veter\u00e1n korejsk\u00e9 v\u00e1lky: \u201eHory byly kr\u00e1sn\u00e9, a to i uprost\u0159ed v\u00e1lky. Zasn\u011b\u017een\u00e9 vrcholky byly n\u011bco, co jsem kdy p\u0159edt\u00edm vid\u011bl.\u201c<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zamrzl\u00e1 jezera a \u0159eky byly zdrojem vody, ale tak\u00e9 nebezpe\u010d\u00edm pro voj\u00e1ky, kte\u0159\u00ed je museli p\u0159ekra\u010dovat.<\/li>\n<li>Zasn\u011b\u017een\u00e9 hory voj\u00e1k\u016fm zt\u011b\u017eovaly navigaci, ale tak\u00e9 poskytovaly ur\u010ditou m\u00edru maskov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Kv\u016fli krut\u00e9 zim\u011b a mraziv\u00fdm teplot\u00e1m se voj\u00e1k\u016fm obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b zah\u0159\u00edvalo a doch\u00e1zelo k omrzlin\u00e1m a podchlazen\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Dopad drsn\u00fdch zim na voj\u00e1ky<\/h3>\n<p>Krut\u00e9 zimy korejsk\u00e9 v\u00e1lky m\u011bly hlubok\u00fd dopad na voj\u00e1ky, kte\u0159\u00ed tam bojovali. Chladn\u00e9 a ledov\u00e9 podm\u00ednky voj\u00e1k\u016fm zt\u011b\u017eovaly boj a v\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9 \u00fatrapy je\u0161t\u011b zhor\u0161ovalo extr\u00e9mn\u00ed po\u010das\u00ed. Jak vzpom\u00ednal jeden voj\u00e1k: \u201eZima byla tak siln\u00e1, \u017ee se bylo t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 i pohnout. Museli jsme rozmrazit pu\u0161ky a vybaven\u00ed, abychom je mohli pou\u017e\u00edt.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Severokorejsk\u00e1 propagandistick\u00e1 ma\u0161in\u00e9rie vyu\u017eila drsn\u00fdch podm\u00ednek k d\u00e9monizaci americk\u00e9 arm\u00e1dy a jej\u00edch spojenc\u016f. Tvrdili, \u017ee americk\u00e1 arm\u00e1da se nedok\u00e1\u017ee vyrovnat s nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdmi pov\u011btrnostn\u00edmi podm\u00ednkami a \u017ee jej\u00ed voj\u00e1ci jsou slab\u00ed a nep\u0159ipraven\u00ed na zimn\u00ed v\u00e1lku. Realita v\u0161ak byla takov\u00e1, \u017ee voj\u00e1ci na obou stran\u00e1ch v drsn\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch velmi trp\u011bli.<\/p>\n<h4>D\u011bdictv\u00ed korejsk\u00e9 v\u00e1lky<\/h4>\n<p>Korejsk\u00e1 v\u00e1lka sice skon\u010dila, ale jej\u00ed odkaz \u017eije d\u00e1l. Veter\u00e1ni korejsk\u00e9 v\u00e1lky, kte\u0159\u00ed v tomto konfliktu bojovali, nikdy nezapomenou na mrazivou krajinu a krut\u00e9 zimy, kter\u00e9 museli p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt. A vojensk\u00e1 historie v\u00e1lky slou\u017e\u00ed jako p\u0159ipom\u00ednka ob\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 byly b\u011bhem tohoto brut\u00e1ln\u00edho a ni\u010div\u00e9ho konfliktu p\u0159ineseny.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e se ohl\u00e9dneme za korejskou v\u00e1lkou, p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1me si historick\u00e9 konflikty, kter\u00e9 formovaly n\u00e1\u0161 sv\u011bt. V\u00e1lka byla produktem \u00e9ry studen\u00e9 v\u00e1lky a jej\u00ed odkaz je c\u00edtit dodnes. Zamrzl\u00e1 boji\u0161t\u011b a zasn\u011b\u017een\u00e9 hory jsou sice vzd\u00e1lenou vzpom\u00ednkou, ale z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed silnou p\u0159ipom\u00ednkou ob\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 byly b\u011bhem tohoto konfliktu p\u0159ineseny.<\/p>\n<p>Co se tedy m\u016f\u017eeme nau\u010dit z korejsk\u00e9 v\u00e1lky? Mo\u017en\u00e1 je to d\u016fle\u017eitost p\u0159ipravenosti na neo\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9 a pot\u0159eba respektovat s\u00edlu p\u0159\u00edrody.
